What to do when my address, phone number or email address changes?

Notify us of changes to your address, phone number or email address, as this information is typically used on documents generated in Scope.

Change your branch partner

Depending on your permissions, you can update the address, phone number, and/or the e-mail address of your branch partner yourself. See also How can I save contacts and add contact information in Scope?

Change email signatures

Depending on your permissions, you can update the email signatures and templates yourself. See How do I use email templates in Scope?

Adjust MS Entra details (optional)

If you are already using MS 365 (MS Entra ID) to log in, user email address and phone number management is handled directly within MS Entra ID. This is typically done by your system administrator. See How do I add other email addresses for a user?

Inform us

Please complete the Service Request form to initiate the update in our system. Kindly include a summary of the previous actions you have taken.

Request changes to Scope forms
