Integration
The Air Freight Booking Portal integration enables the entire air cargo booking process to be handled entirely within Scope via a premium provider (CargoAi). Scope integrates the search for availability and rates as well as the capacity booking with an airline of our partner CargoAi.
The Scope integration includes the technical registration directly from Scope. The registration creates a technical registration with CargoAi and does not require an additional account or a contractual agreement between CargoAi and the forwarder. A contractual relationship is only required between the forwarder and Riege.
Billing model
Monthly payment incl. unlimited searches, dynamic rates, bookings.
Flight data cannot be transferred to the shipment without a booking.
For a pure flight schedule search, please use the standard flight schedule search.
- No additional fees are charged by Riege or CargoAi on the rates: The rates are the same as for the airlines
Airline Overview
We have now globally >100 airlines like DHL, Air India, Aeromexico, Kenya Airlines, China Airlines etc. in total. To get an overview about the covered airlines/Booking coverage, please visit the 2nd tab of https://bi.cargoai.co/superset/dashboard/API_Coverage/
Note that airlines might activate limitations in trade-lanes, product or else. When, how and which airlines change their offerings is unpredictable for us. Riege also has no insights how and why airlines act like this.

Frequently asked questions and answers
Are special airline agreements with the airline reflected in the service?
Scope is technically able to receive contract rates through API calls on the correct IATA/Cass associated to the contract rate and if the airline did set up the contract rate properly.
Special deals, often referred to as contract rates by airlines, are provided by airlines to the portal provider on a per-forwarder basis. The Air Freight Booking Portal integrates all freight costs from the offered routings and books exactly the provided airline routing offer. Since airlines might integrate with our portal provider CargoAi on different level, please check with the contracted airline if the negotiated special rate does not show in the search results.
CargoAi stated that "only few airlines do support allotments booking via the classic booking flow offered through our API".
