Where can I find and check already send FWB/FHL messages?

The airline messages such as the FWB/FHL message are automatically stored in the Air Export shipment under the Documents tab as a text document.

Check of airline messages

The check of airline messages can be done in different ways (manual and automatic).

Manual check

  1. The airline messages, such as the FWB/FHL message, are automatically stored in the air cargo export shipment under the Documents tab as a text document.
Airfreight > Export Shipments ... Open a shipment ... Go to Documents tab
  2. Alternatively, the message history can be tracked at the shipment level in the Events tab (access to the Events tab requires a separate authorization - please contact Riege Support if necessary)

Automated check

In addition to the manual control of airline messages or feedback by the airline, Scope offers the possibility to send automated messages in case of missing feedback message by the airline (e.g. FMA). You can create a tracking template under Master data > Forwarding > Tracking templates.

For example, milestones are created for the airline messages FWB incl. FMA and FNA. If the airline sends an FNA message, Scope evaluates this as an exception and carries out the set alarm (e-mail warning to the clerk).

Similarly, Scope sends a notification (e.g. e-mail) if the FMA confirmation message from the airline has not arrived by a specified schedule time.
