This solution uses a PC (at the location of the customer) running software that reads email boxes and prints the attachments of the emails to a printer. Scope will then be configured to send the prints via email.
Email addresses/accounts
The easiest way to handle the different printers is by creating a mailbox with the same name normally used on the Scope server to create the printer. Example: for scoams-lsr1-t1 the email address would become scoams-lsr1-t1@emaildomain.com
To reduce charges that might apply for each email-account, you might want consider the usage of shared mailboxes of 1 email-account.
The sender's email address for the email received from Scope will be:
scope-noreply@riege.com
Software
The software for automatic handling of these emails is: Automatic Email Manager.
This can be downloaded from: Automatic Email Manager
For the minimum requirements, see: Automatic Email Manager, solution to apply actions on emails
For printing TXT forms directly to a matrix/label printer, a tool is needed to print raw via a Windows printer. You can get such tool from: https://mendelson.org/RawWinPrinter.exe
