How to set up AWB printing defaults
One can set-up different defaults for AWB printing, especially to save paper on e-freight shipments or configure a default to print freight 'as agreed' on House AWB.

Under Scope menu > Settings > Airfreight > AWB Print Configuration, one can set up detail defaults for AWB printing.
AWB Print Configurations are typically set up for different AWB types (House AWB or Carrier AWB) and define which documents should be generated per default when finishing the shipment.
Criteria
Field AWB type is mandatory to choose, other criteria fields are optional.
The most specific matching configuration is selected by Scope over less specific matching configurations. This allows to specify a default but also set-up special defaults for legal entities, branches, airlines or even origin- and destination location or countries.
Documents
The Documents section is only applicable for House AWB and allows to activate printing of the freight rate 'As Agreed' on the House AWB document as default (can still be changed individually on every House AWB).
The classification Non-EFreight / EAP / EAW is usually from the AWB itself, which determines the chosen documents to be generated.
A checked “create documents as per Master Shipment if available”-option impacts how the e-freight state is determined and the documents to be generated are selected:
With this option active and the house being assigned to a master shipment at the moment of House AWB generation and the master shipment already being classification Non-E-Freight / EAP / EAW, then the e-freight state of the Master AWB is preferred over the e-freight state of the House AWB.

The AWB Print Configurations allows to set a default, which AWB Copies should be generated as complete PDFs at the moment of finishing the AWB.
