Does Scope offer invoice templates?
In Scope, it is not possible to create and save a classic invoice template from an existing invoice for repeated use. Instead, Scope uses a flexible blueprint that dynamically adapts to each individual case, offering many advantages.
Scope is structured so that creating a dynamic template is divided into two steps.
- Activity types: To create a blueprint for charge types in Scope, which can then be pulled into the outgoing invoice or into shipments as cost/revenue estimates, you first need to create an activity type.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the following article: How do I set up activity types? What are the advantages of activity types in Scope? - Tariffs: To assign prices to the charge types imported from the activity type, you need to create tariffs. Here you define which costs or revenues are to be applied for a charge type and under which conditions.

Using the combination of activity types and rates you have created, you can now specify the conditions under which Scope should automatically apply specific charge types and prices based on the criteria of your shipment.
