Airline Messaging Premium: all new features

FSR (Freight Status Request) message functionality removed. The seldom used FSR feature in Airlines Messaging got removed: It’s successor feature, Airline Messaging Premium provides a much more easy , more reliable and automated fully integrated event data feed into Scope, with much higher carrier and event coverage, no requirement for a IATA/CASS registration and applicability for air import and simple shipments.

Changed trigger for Airline Messaging Premium subscription: Subscription to event updates is now triggered in the moment the IATA AWB is finished or printed, no longer in the moment the IATA AWB is entered. This change is expected to deliver better results since subscriptions are now issued closer to AWB date and not partially weeks prior to departure. This change also minimizes unnecessary subscriptions when e.g. planned flights and IATA AWB changes for a shipment.

Improved handling of deviating flights in air import: Add option to sync flights from actual flight data received via Airline Messaging Premium. The option is available as a new button in the flight details dialog.

Add Airline Messaging Premium support for simple shipments air which are back-to-backs or houses shipments. Enhanced the existing logic, which already worked for simple shipments air being master or directs.
Agent Role
For agent role in partner maintenance, it is now possible to select a warehouse address for airfreight, if multiple warehouse addresses are maintained. The selected warehouse is used as default address in shipments.
Go to Master Data > Partner ... open a partner ... Roles tab ... (add) Agent 
Temperature Controlled Shipments
Certfified LSP
Support for the “IFS Logistics Standard” (https://www.ifs-certification.com/de/ifs-portfolio/standards/logistics-standard) which is another relevant certification for cool (and non-cool) freight, additionally to the already existing GDP Standard:
Partner role “Pharma LSP” evolves into role “Certified LSP”, which allows to set
IFS certified Logistics Service Provider (LSP) additionally to the already existing GDP certified Logistics Service Provider each with Certificate number and Expiry date.
Selling products can now be configured to require a GDP or IFS certificate.

Air Export
Storing House/IATA draft AWB(s) as documents linked to the airfreight file.
Scope continues to open draft AWBs in PDF viewer but now additionally add the generated PDF to the shipment documents silently. Draft AWBs PDFs have new corresponding document types.
Air Security
Approved Haulier EU database
EU and EFTA countries have announced to introduce IDs for approved haulier (AH) in the KSDA - Union database on supply chain security (https://ksda.ec.europa.eu). Transition period has been announced to end on 1. Jan. 2027. Scope supported local variations from Switzerland (BAZL) and Germany (LBA) for the time being.
A new role ‘approved haulier’ got added in the partner profile to maintain approved haulier IDs. The previous transporteur ID field in the RegB partner profile got moved here. 
Users should manually validate vs. the EU database to ensure the correctness of existing data, or perform manual checks and manually add the expiration date. This cannot be done by Scope.
Approved hauliers IDs are validated manually as well as via batch against the EU database in the same way as KC and RA, new credentials are not required.
Approved hauliers validation impacts the security chain calculation for EU shipments.
Shipment Monitor
Shipment Monitor got a new option (via Extras > Cleanup) to cleanup exceptions. 
The action is performed similarly to the cleanup for milestones but instead of closing milestones it would close all exceptions that match the selected tracks and the given date range.
Ocean
Sea Import FCL Oncarriage and Freetime Handling on General Tab
We have completely redesigned the oncarriage tab within the goods tab now showing the three main stages terminal - delivery to door – empty return to depot with more details, automatic updates from inbound events as well as freetime calculation on container level pre-defined by user on the general tab.
Ocean Carrier EDI
We have teamed up with the EDI portal “Coneksion” to offer a broader coverage to connect Scope with ocean carriers and NVOCC’s, which comprises booking requests and responses, shipping instructions and seawaybill draft responses, VGM and responses, ocean events;
Portsystems Dakosy EMP
Scope supports Dakosy EMP by the PortOrderXML interface.
Scope customers using the integration with Dakosy have to sign a new contract with Dakosy for switching to new interface, while the old interface will be shut down by Dakosy by end of the year 2026.
Finance
Webservices
A new Quotation API is now available, enabling external systems to create and manage quotations in Scope. In this initial release, external applications can create and view quotations. Quotation creation is currently limited to general quotation data without income and costs information. Future releases will extend the API with additional functionalities, including:

Support for income and cost data provided by external systems

Automatic quotation calculation based on activity types and tariffs configured in Scope

Creation of shipments and bookings directly from quotations

Additional quotation lifecycle management features

E-Invoicing France
A new interface has been implemented to receive e-invoices from an Accredited Platform for Scope branches in France, ensuring compliance with French e-invoicing regulations.
E-invoices received through the Accredited Platform are automatically imported into the Accounts Payable Import Appliance in Scope.
Scope does not yet support the issuance of electronic invoices or the submission of e-reporting data required under the French e-invoicing regulations. Support for these features is planned and will be available in Scope well ahead of the compliance deadline of September 1, 2027.

Related invoices
The Invoice Information dialog in the Accounts Receivable editor, which displays invoice metadata, now also shows correction invoices that were created for the current invoice. This provides greater transparency into the relationships between invoices.
Press strg+i on an opened invoice to show the Invoice information:

Mit Rechtsklick > Dokumente Anzeigen kann man in Passar nun auch die Dokumente anzeigen, welche zur Sendung gehören, und kann diese dann ggf. für Chartera verwenden.

Passar Verzögerung des EVV Abruf
Es ist möglich, dass man den Abruf der EVV für Passar Ausfuhr sowie edec Import verzögern kann. Es gib eine Checkbox in der Rolle BAZG Deklarant. Ist diese aktiv, wird die EVV nicht sofort abgeholt, sondern erst am Folgetag um 4 Uhr; andernfalls wird die EVV sofort nach Freigabe abgerufen.
