Roles can be assigned to contacts. These roles are primarily informational and help staff identify the right contact person for a specific issue, especially when they are not yet familiar with the customer. However, in some areas of Scope, these roles are also evaluated by the system to control, for example, automated email distribution to the correct recipients (see the “Automated usage” column).

| Rate sheet recipient | Recipient of rate sheets | The contact is available for selection as recipient in rate sheet templates. If selected, the data sheet is sent to this contact by email. |
| Transport order recipient | Email recipient at the trucking company | The contact receives emails with documents/attachments related to the transport order if this option is activated in the transport order and at least one email address has been selected. |
