Los roles pueden asignarse a los contactos. Estos roles son principalmente informativos y ayudan al personal a identificar a la persona de contacto adecuada para un asunto específico, especialmente cuando aún no están familiarizados con el cliente. Sin embargo, en determinadas áreas de Scope, el sistema también evalúa estos roles para gestionar, por ejemplo, el envío automatizado de correos electrónicos a los destinatarios correctos (véase la columna «Uso automatizado»).

| Rate sheet recipient | Recipient of rate sheets | The contact is available for selection as recipient in rate sheet templates. If selected, the data sheet is sent to this contact by email. |
