What can I do if my IT systems do not work properly?

Riege Support has no direct access and can therefore only help indirectly.

Many pitfalls lurk in the interaction of software and hardware and especially in the synchronization of IT systems. As a service provider for the logistics industry, we are a partner you can rely on.

Although we serve many interfaces, we cannot directly help with problems that are outside our area of responsibility due to the structure of the IT systems.

In such cases, we refer you to specialized IT service providers such as INVENTRY GmbH.

What will change?

You can still create a ticket using the F12 function in Scope or send us your concern by e-mail. After successfully agreeing to forward your data to INVENTRY, your IT infrastructure concern can be handled by the experts and resolved in a timely manner.
