The Master Air Waybill is issued as an air waybill for consolidated shipments. It concerns the consolidated shipment as a whole, in contrast to air waybills (AWB) for individual shipments. It is issued by the responsible consolidator, who is also responsible for issuing the house air waybills (HAWB) for individual shipments.
