How can I handle INTTRA error messages?
INTTRA may generate error messages in response to messages sent from Scope. You can resolve most of these error messages on your own.
Transaction Error
Error(2023): Carrier company 111111 is configured to reject Booking•Shipping Instruction•VGM transactions from Customer company 999999 through EDI Inbound
In your settings in the INTTRA portal, the services for the Carrier do not include EDI Inbound.
Error(2023): Customer company 999999 and Carrier company 111111 are not configured to do Booking•Shipping Instruction•VGM transactions
In your settings in the INTTRA portal, the Carrier is missing altogether or the Booking•Shipping Instructions•VGM service is missing for this Carrier.
Follow the link to the INTTRA portal. To manage your settings, navigate to the Administration drop-down menu and select Carrier Connections.
Follow New Carrier Connection to add one more liner shipping company (FCL) or NVOCC for LCL service. Please be aware that some carriers may require additional documents (intention letters) to proceed with your connection request. You can access text templates on the INTTRA portal that are designed for use with your company's letterhead.
