How can I book all my Air Export Flights at once?

With the mass send function in the Airfreight Export Shipments module, you can book freight for your recurring shipments with lesser clicks.

Preparation

• Depending on the booking method configured in the airline role of the partner (airline) you can send the booking via email, EDI or printout.
  
• You have created the shipments — for example, by following the steps in this article:

Mass Send Airline-Bookings

1. Go to the Airfreight Export Shipments module.
2. In the Extras Menu, select Mass Send Airline-Bookings.
3. Choose the date range and shipment types you need and click Next.
   
   
4. In the last step, you can remove any booking you would rather not send.
   
   Click Finish to send all the remaining bookings.
