Where can I define Sales Activity Types and how are the used?

Sales Activity Types can be defined in Master Data > CRM. 

Go to Master Data > CRM > Sales Activity Types to define new types such as:

BE - Visit

DO - DEMO

SC - Sales Call

These types can then be used in the Sales Activitities application. 

  1. Go to CRM > Sales Activities.
  2. Open an existing activity or create a new one.
  3. Add a sales activity type.
