What steps should I follow to set up the default screening partner and method in Scope?
You can set the default screening partner in Scope by defining it on the Handling Agent role of your branch partner. You can set the default screening method in Scope by defining it on the Handling Agent role of the screening partner.
If you lack the necessary permissions for the Handling Agent role in Partners, please reach out to your designated Scope contact for assistance. If the necessary permission has not yet been added to a permission group, your key contact can request Riege support to modify the permission group settings accordingly.
Default screening partner
On the role Handling Agent of your branch partner the default screening partner can be defined.
When a screening order is generated, this designated partner will be listed as the screening partner. However, you have the flexibility to modify this partner if needed.
Default screening method
On the role Handling Agent of the screening partner the default screening method can be defined. You must assign this role and select the option "Performs Security Measures himself" to activate this field.
