What happens to my data if I stop using Scope?

Riege Software will store your system data if you want us to do it. You can still access old data in this Scope environment.

Your Scope will still be maintained even if you are no longer an active Scope customer.
You will be downgraded to a minimum set of user account(s). We will charge a recurring fee for this service, which can last as long as you need it, after the downgrade took effect. If you need any data (e.g. for a tax audit), you can still access your Scope system and extract the data.

If you would like to export all your data without access to a Scope system, this also possible, but comes with certain disadvantages:

• Scope is the user interface for your data - if you do not have access to Scope, your data is much harder to read and less easy searchable.
• We charge a one time fee for exporting
