What are the requirements for a Scope password?

Which characters should be included and what is the minimal length?

You can log in Scope using one of the following methods:

• Native authentication against Riege LDAP server
• Using your Microsoft 365 account

When using the native authentication method, the password requirements are:

• Minimum of 8 characters
• A minimum of 3 of the following 4 types of characters should be included:
  • lowercase characters
  • uppercase characters
  • digits
  • special characters

When using the Microsoft 365 authentication, the rules of Microsoft apply.
