Transport Order Interface
Automatically send order data to the haulage contractor when printing a transport order
Top features
The transport order interface sends order data directly from Scope to the haulage contractor - simply when the transport order is printed.
Sending and receiving of events concerning this transport order is also possible.
Prerequisite
The haulage contractor is configured in Scope as the recipient of the data. In addition to the XML data record, any existing PDF can also be sent.
Technical information
- The interface cannot send updates or cancellations.
- Each printout of the transport order triggers a new transmission.
- To send the data, a transmission path (e.g. e-mail, SFTP) must be defined and configured with the recipient of the data.

Returning tracking events
Tracking events and related documents (in particular the Proof of Delivery) are to be returned by means of the Scope incoming events interface.
