The financial status is no longer displayed in the shipment overview, or the column is missing entirely—how can I display the financial status again?

Either edit the columns in the shipment overview and add the financial status back, or check the general context of the shipment overview.

In the Shipment Overview (Forwarding > Shipment Overview), you can customize the displayed columns, just as you can in many other Scope tables. Right-click the table header, then select the columns you want to add.

Has the “Financial Status” column already been added, but no status is displayed?
In that case, check the context of the Shipment Overview. It must be set to local for the Financial Status to be displayed.

 

The Financial Status is not available when you add two or more branches. A shipment can be linked to two branches and therefore have a different Financial Status in each branch.
