With the pre-alert interface, shipments (air and sea freight) are transmitted directly from Scope Export to your agent if the agent is used as import agent in the shipment. The transfer does not happen automatically, but is manually triggered by the user at the desired time.
Sending and receiving events concerning this pre-alert is also possible.
Prerequisite
The agent is configured in Scope as the recipient of the data. In addition to the XML data set, any existing PDF can also be sent.

- The interface can send updates, but not cancellations.
- Pre-Alert can also be used to send documents from the shipment to the agent.

To send the data, the following policy shall be mentioned:
- we transfer data only to systems which are connected to the Internet. No Virtual Private Network or such means shall be involved.
- we support SFTP and HTTPS protocols
For the integration, you can choose whatever solution fits best for you.
