My Scope PDF is password protected, what can I do? 

Documents are protected to prevent changes that are not stored in the Scope data.

  • Your Scope document (e.g. invoice) is protected to ensure data integrity.
    The correct way to solve this situation is to re-issue a new/corrected document. 
  • You may also consider deactivating the protection completely. This can be done be Riege Service. 
    Note: Document protection will be on/off for all documents created by Scope (except for PDF-A).
