My Scope PDF is password protected, what can I do?
Documents are protected to prevent changes that are not stored in the Scope data.
- Your Scope document (e.g. invoice) is protected to ensure data integrity.
The correct way to solve this situation is to re-issue a new/corrected document. - Please note that each document has a unique password which the Riege Service is not able to provide to you.
- You may also consider deactivating the protection completely. This can be done by Riege Service only. Please contact us if you want to switch off the password protection.
Note: Document protection will be on/off for all documents created by Scope (except for PDF-A).
