      How do I uninstall Scope from a Windows PC?

      This article describes how to uninstall Scope and the Scope Runtime from a Windows PC

      In case you are using Scope on a Windows Terminal Server/Citrix Server, you should contact your system administrator.

      Windows PC

      Remove Scope 

      • Open Windows Explorer
      • In the address bar, enter: %APPDATA%\RIEGE\scope
      • Delete all files and subfolder in this directory

      Uninstall Scope Runtime

      • Go to Settings/Apps
      • Select installed Apps
      • Search for Scope Runtime
      • At the right side select: Uninstall
