Adding the role 'Portbase Participant' to a Terminal in Scope

First, check if the terminal you want to add is listed under Portbase Participants.

Navigate to Master Data > Partner via the Scope menu and search for the terminal you wish to update. Open the corresponding entry.

Go to the Roles tab and click the Add button in the lower-left corner of your Scope window.

Select the role Portbase Participant.

If the terminal is listed in Portbase, enter the code found under “Loodscode (XML)” into the fields Portbase Short Name and Fenex Location Code.

In the Fenex Sublocation Code field, enter 001.

For Consignment Adoption, select Deactivated.
- Now select Save and you have successfully added the role Portbase Participant to a terminal.
