How do I add a picture of my signature?

It is possible to add a picture of your signature to Scope so that it appears on e.g. the air waybill.

If you got a scanned version of your signature (JPG or PNG), you can upload this for usage in Scope on certain documents, e.g. the airway bill. We recommend that you ensure that the background of the picture is transparent (so that other details, such as lines and text, will not be replaced if your signature picture appears).

Go to https://scope.riege.com/user/profile (the live system) and click on Signature to upload the picture. For adding the picture to the Scope test system, go to https://scope.riege.cloud/profile instead.
