How can I create Simple (Road) Shipments?
The purpose of this document is to show how to create Simple Road Shipments.
- Enter the Forwarding > Simple Shipments module.
- Select New > Simple Road Shipment.
- The shipment data is requested. Enter the requested fields.
- When finished, click the Save button to save the shipment.
- Proceed with the Jobcosting (tab) and then the Invoices (tab).
- At the bottom of the screen, Scope displays messages indicating if any data is missing or incorrect.
- The Shipper, Consignee and Customer fields are filled with data found in the Partner Catalog, there are other fields that already have a default list to be used.
- After filling out the information, the shipment must be saved. Click on Save at the top of the screen.
- Within the shipment, you have the options to print different documents. (Print menu)
