Where does the field "Line of Business" come from in Shipment Overview?
The "Line of Business" field is not directly associated with the shipment itself; instead, it derives its value from the related Partner.
The field "Line of Business" in the shipment overview comes from the following partner in the shipment:
- Export shipment: Shipper
- Import shipment: Consignee
How do I define a "Line of Business" on a Partner?
- Define a list of possible "Line of Business" values
The function to maintain the possible "Line of Business" values can be found via: Masterdata/CRM. - Select a "Line of Business" on your Partners
On the first tab of the Partner you will find the field: Line of Business.
