What should I do when RA/KC number has been invalidated?
If the RA/KC number has been invalidated, you need to manually query the address in the EU database and confirm the result.
If the name and address of the Partner in Scope or the name and address in the EU database have changed, Scope will invalidate the RA/KC number automatically. You will need to perform an RA/KC check by using the option Query address on the RA/KC number in the Regulated Agent/Known Consignor role.
You may receive a warning indicating a similarity issue; however, confirming the address as validated will suffice for the process.
