What does error code CN001 in Cargo-IMP FNA message mean?

When sending the FWB to the Airline, the Airline might respond with an FNA message with code CN001. 

FNA error code CN001 means:

This FNA was triggered as a result of a warning in our system for missing consignee telephone number for destination China.
The consignee telephone number is expected to be included in the CNE section of the FWB.
