How do I meet Brazilian regulations in FWB/FHL communication from Scope?
Brazilian Customs has introduced a clearance process that allows cargo to be released while still in flight.
To support this process, the following information must now be included in the FWB data transmission:
TAX identification number (CNPJ/CPF)
How to enter the TAX identification number (CNPJ/CPF) in Scope.
Direct in the IATA-AWB editor:

Select the consignee in the IATA AWB-editor

Select: Edit Address (F4)

Partner Identifiers: Click 'New'

Select ID type: TAX ID
-
ID value: enter the TAX ID (CNPJ/CPF)

Make sure this is added either to the shipper/consignee partner used in the shipment or on the document address.

Master Data > Partner ... open a partner > Registration IDs tab

Document address on a shipment
- Right click on the partner (shipper or consignee)
- open the "Edit document address"("F4" when field is activated)
- Click on new
- Add the partner identifier with ID type Tax ID and the value in the value field
