How can I convert export bookings to shipments and link import bookings to a shipment?
You can convert an export booking from the booking application to a shipment. For Sea Import, you should actually get a pre-alert in Scope. To link/assign an import booking you need to start from the shipment and link the booking there.
Example export booking
Go to the booking application. Click on Extras > Convert booking.
Example import booking assignment
- Booking created via Forwarding > Bookings = B00000004
- Sea import shipment created here: Single FCL / SI-001709
Go to Extras > Consolidate Bookings > Search for B00000004 and select add to assign the booking to the shipment.
