F21 Portbase gateway

The Portbase gateway is necessary for exchanging MID, MED en Cargo Controller messaging

The Portbase gateway is necessary for exchanging 
-Portbase MID (Import Documentation Notification), Scope counts one message per MID
-Portbase MED (Export Documentation Notification), Scope counts one message per MED
-Portbase CargoController container status updates. For import shipments with port of destination NLRTM, Scope registers an MBL and then receives revised ETA messages and container discharged update from Portbase for that shipment. Scope counts each subscribe/registration (as one), further incoming status updates are not counted for.
-Cargo Release Manager, each Carrier Nomination message is counted as one.

Portbase also charges a connection fee and a subscription. Inquire with Portbase directly about the amounts of these fees.
