Chamber of Commerce (KvK) software

With the KvK software you can request origin documents directly from the Chamber of Commerce.

The KvK-software allows the following origin documents to be requested:

  • Certificates of Origin (CvO)

  • EUR.1

  • EUR-MED

  • ATR

  • Legalizations

  • Certificates

The portal operates independently of Scope and there is no integration between the two systems.

To submit requests from the application to the Chamber of Commerce (KvK), a digital signing certificate is required. This certificate functions as a signature and verifies who you are, which company you belong to, and that you are authorized to submit requests on behalf of your company.

New applications for a digital signing certificate are processed via Riege Software. Once the certificate has been requested, the KvK handles the further processing. The user will be notified by the KvK once the certificate has been issued. Existing certificates are automatically renewed or, if necessary, canceled.
