Chamber of Commerce (KvK) software

With the KvK software you can request origin documents directly from the Chamber of Commerce.

The KvK-software allows the following origin documents to be requested:

  • Certificates of Origin (CvO)

  • EUR.1

  • EUR-MED

  • ATR

  • Legalizations

  • Certificates

The portal operates independently of Scope and there is no integration between the two systems.

To submit applications from the software to the Chamber of Commerce (KvK), a (digital) signing certificate is required. This signing certificate functions as a digital signature and verifies your identity, the company you represent, and your authorization to submit applications on behalf of your company.

New requests for a signing certificate are processed via Riege Software. Once the certificate has been requested, further handling is carried out by the Kamer van Koophandel. The user will be notified by the KvK as soon as the certificate has been issued. Existing certificates are automatically renewed or, if necessary, canceled. The current price of a signing certificate can be obtained directly from the KvK.
