Client VWA
Pre-notifications for the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) can be processed via the Scope customs software through the NVWA’s CLIENT system. This ensures that all necessary shipment data are available to the relevant authorities even before the goods arrive in the Netherlands.
Document Control
The electronic pre-notification manages part of the document control process. Required certificates and documentation are verified electronically within CLIENT. Based on the submitted information, approval for further handling or release of the shipment is granted.
Client VWA declarations can be easily converted into a DMS import declaration or a DVA/NCTS5 declaration. All previously entered data are automatically transferred to the final declaration, reducing manual entry and improving efficiency.
