Create or change signatures/templates

If you cannot access this menu item, you are missing a corresponding authorization that an administrator can assign to you.

Email signatures

Basically, a distinction is made between two types of signatures:
BRANCH and USER signatures.

  • To create or modify signatures for a branch, authorization is required.
  • Every user can create or change his own signature (user signature). 

Administrators can additionally change or delete signatures of all users. 

Email templates

Users with the appropriate permission can create, modify or delete email templates. 
The access is done via the Templates button in the menu bar.

The required permission > EMAIL_TEMPLATES_EDIT < can be assigned to a user by an administrator.
